Returns & Refunds

Returned items must comply with our returns policy and be sent back in their original condition.

Any return that does not meet the conditions below may be refused.

Condition of Items

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Footwear & Accessories

Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, inside a protective shipping box.

Trying On Footwear

Please avoid marking soles or damaging shoe boxes while trying on footwear.

Tags

Any Piaff Boutique or designer tags must remain attached and returned in their original position.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, excluding delivery costs.

You may also choose to receive your refund as Piaff Boutique store credit in the form of a voucher code for future purchases.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or not as described, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

Where possible, we will arrange a replacement item or issue a full refund for the defective product.
